This 5-hour program combines parts of the Brain Waves P-REGO framework with practical breath
training for wipeout management, freediving
technique, and stress regulation. Learn using the ocean as your classroom for building genuine
resilience and mental fitness.
Suitable for intermediate surfers, corporate
groups, and anyone seeking a transformative
ocean wellness experience. All equipment
